Community Is Returning To NBC On…

Hey comedy fans! We’ve got great news for you!
Community, that NBC show that disappeared from the schedule last fall, is coming back in just a few short weeks!
Dan Harmon, the show’s creator, tweeted the good news to his fans, writing:
“What you call 8:00, we call home. Community returns to Thursday nights on March 15th.”
To accomodate the beloved show, NBC has moved the 30 Rock to 8:30, The Office to 9 and Up All Night to 9:30. Parks and Recreation will then be on hiatus until Thursday, April 19, at 9:30, when it returns after Up All Night finishes it’s strong first season.
Hope everyone is happy with this news! Will U be eagerly anticipating the return of Community?

Betty White And Ed Asner Reunite On Hot In Cleveland!

They look so cute together!
It’s been almost four decades since Betty White and Ed Asner have acted together on the small screen, but thankfully, the two are reuniting for an episode on Betty’s hit show Hot in Cleveland.
Ed, who co-starred with Betty on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, recently spoke about his role at Betty’s 90th birthday party – and it doesn’t sound pretty!
He revealed:
“I play a man who spurned her. He’s a country-club type who thought Elka Betty’s character was beneath me, so years ago I had her fired.
She’s out to gain vengeance, and so am I. We reach a Mexican standoff.”
Ooooh! Watching them spar again 40 years later is gonna be good!!!
So, what does Ed think about Betty being crowned as America’s Favorite Golden Girl??
He jokes:
“With all this adulation that’s being heaped on Betty now, I think it would be good for her to get fired. I think we ought to work toward making that happen.”
LOLz!!! Ouch! He’s not messin’ around!
This episode is going to be fantastic, and thankfully, it will be centered around Betty, which is really all we care about.

"Couch-Surfer" Dies In Quebec After Hitting Another Car

Sad. This could have been easily avoided.
A 22 year old male was killed during a couch surfing ride. The unidentifed man slid into an oncoming car when the 21 year old driver of the van the couch was attached to lost control.
Two other friends were on sleds and remained uninjured.
How’d they feel about the accident? Just a stroke of bad luck for their fallen friend.
The driver is being charged with fleeing the scene and reckless driving while the friends stated that they learned their lesson…although it was too late.
Couch surfing is dangerous, people! They are for sitting, not surfing.

Netflix Falsely Accused Of Pulling The Bodyguard From Streaming After Whitney Houston’s Death!

Oh boy. This is one hell of a flub!
Netflix was thrown into scandal this past weekend when Google Plus Week host Dan McDermott noticed that the Whitney Houston film The Bodyguard was no longer available for streaming, and was allegedly told by a company representative that the studio pulled the film so they could make money on DVD sales in light of her death!
However, the whole thing turns out to be a misunderstanding, and McDermott is the first to admit it!
According to him, the rep with whom he spoke “had bad information” and once he checked the film’s cache, he discovered that the streaming rights for the film had expired the year before!
He explains:
“If I had thought to check the cache files I wouldn’t have proven them wrong. I humbly apologize.”
And Netflix Vice President of Corporate Communications Steve Swasey confirms:
“Netflix has ‘The Bodyguard‘ on DVD but not streaming. We haven’t had it on streaming since the license expired last year. Nothing to do with Ms. Houston’s unfortunate and untimely death.”
Geesh! Isn’t that absolutely nuts?!
Well, thank goodness it was all resolved and the misinformed parties owned up to it!
Netflix has given itself enough drama this year!

Reelz Channel Wants A Piece Of Sarah Palin Too!

With HBO airing Game Change, Reelz Channel has decided to get in on the Sarah Palin mix.
The network will air The Undefeated, a favorable documentary highlighting Palin’s journey through the 2008 campaign process.
Game Change’s portrayal of Sarah Palin isn’t as shiny and sparkly like this one. The HBO movie highlights John McCain‘s strategist, Steve Schmidt, second guessing his idea of picking Palin as McCain’s VP.
The Undefeated will premiere March 11th, the day after Game Change airs on HBO. Game Change is Woody Harrelson and Ed Harris, while The Undefeated will use the actual candidates.
We’re interested to see who will win this Sarah Palin throwdown!
