Leslie Carter, Sister of Nick and Aaron Carter, Passes Away

Leslie Carter, the younger sister of Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter and singer Aaron Carter, died Tuesday in upstate New York at the age of 25.
No details were provided on her cause of death.
“Our family is grieving right now and it’s a private matter,” a family spokesperson said. “We are all deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved sister, daughter, and granddaughter, Leslie Carter. We request the utmost privacy during this difficult time.”

An aspiring singer herself, Leslie had a song “Like Wow!” that was featured on the Shrek soundtrack in 2001, and she appeared on House of Carters.
Her 1999 debut album was never released.
She is survived by four siblings, husband of three years Mike, and a daughter, Alyssa Jane, 10 months. Our hearts go out to all of them. R.I.P. Leslie.
Interscope Chairman Jimmy Iovine Is NOT Pitching A Music Competition Show!

Ah well! It’s not like we’re lacking in music competition shows…
Earlier today, we heard that Interscope-Geffen-A&M chairman/reality show.
His rep (of course) denied the story…and now Jimmy himself is denying it as well:
“I couldn’t do a show, I have about as much talent to do television as you know…it’s not what I do. I wouldn’t know where to begin.
More from Jimmy about the reports that he’s been pitching around a reality show:
“It’s so crazy. It’s nuts.”
As much as we were kind of digging this idea, we DO already have The Voice, and American Idol.
Plus, Jimmy’s the chairman of Interscope! He’s going to be just fine without a new reality show.

Teens Break Into CNN…To Check Their Facebook?!?!

Ok, these kids are going to need a Facebook intervention.
Two teens hopped over the ledge of CNN HQ in Hotlanta and broke into the facility. Aldayne Fearon, 18, and Francis Mutemwa, 17, were caught checking their Facebook pages when they were busted by the police.
Fearon and Mutemwa were charged with misdemeanors and held on $500 bond. Mutemwa drove his red Mercedes to the break-in.
We think his parents might be able to swing the money.
And judging by their mugshots, they don’t seem to have a care in the world!
These crazy kids and their Facebook.. HA!

Chris Colfer Teases Upcoming "Harmful" Kurt-Blaine-Sebastian Storyline

Ooh! Dish! Dish!
In tonight’s episode of Chris Colfer, Klaine fans are NOT going to be happy about what Mr. Sebastian has up his sleeves to get between Kurt and Blaine — but then again, neither is he!
Chris reveals:
“It’s the peak of the Sebastian arc, and I can say Sebastian takes things to a very harmful extreme. It’s when you see the difference between myself and Kurt. Like, if someone had done what Sebastian is gonna do in my world? They’d come up missing.”
Whoa! Who knew that cute face had a dark side, huh?!
It won’t be long till we learn for ourselves what Chris is alluding too, but we have to say, it might not matter to us. We’re kind of obsessed with this new bad boy and we’re looking for MORE, MORE, MORE!!!
(But don’t worry! We still love Darren the most!)

Where Will The Cast Of Jersey Shore Be Heading Next?

According to Ronnie…down under or Sin City!
That’s right, the star of Jersey Shore recently revealed that MTV producers are reportedly location-scouting for the sixth season of the reality series, and our beloved guidos and guidettes may be hitting up Australia – or perhaps even Las Vegas the next time around!
Ronnie explains:
“I believe that they were looking at Vegas and Australia, two places I would love to go. I don’t know if we would make it back from Vegas, but I’m pretty sure we would love to go to Vegas. I want to do this as long as the fans keep watching. I will do it in Depends and using a walker.”
Ha! Well, we’re not sure the rest of the cast agrees with that sentiment, but we certainly think that so long as the ratings hold strong, we’ll definitely be seeing more from these guys!
Frankly, we don’t know if any of their livers would survive a season in Vegas…but that would probably make for the most entertaining TV!

DanRad Talks Getting Nekkid For New Film And Rupert Grint’s Muscular Dudeness!

DanRad says he’s comfortable baring it all for the world to see and he will stripping down for his next role.
The actor has gotten nekkid before on stage and now his body will be coming to theaters too.
And as for any landscaping duties? DanRad loves the bush:
It might have a bit of nudity and he said: ‘Just to let you know, if you’re getting naked, no landscaping of any kind. This is the 1940s and you’re playing a Jew.’ I was like, ‘Pretty much there anyway, mate! Not a huge amount of maintenance going on.’
I mean, there’s a little bit, obviously, for courtesy.
This is way too much information, but I don’t like girls with nothing down there either. It freaks me out. You have to have something, otherwise it’s f****** creepy
As for Rupert‘s new yummy body, DanRad is willing to concede that category to the ginger:
“I’m not going to try to compete with Rupert on the arms front. His dad is a big guy, so if anyone was going to get the proper muscleman build, it was Rupert.
“You’d have to search pretty hard to find a more handsome ginger. He’s also a dude. I wish I could be that calm. I’m lucky to have found an industry where this level of hyperactivity is encouraged. Otherwise I’d just be a f****** nuisance!

Stephen Amell, who we know from The Vampire Diaries and 90210, landed himself his own starring role in a CW series!!
Warner Bros. is reviving the story of DC Comics’ Green Arrow — the vigilante superhero/wealthy playboy turned politician!!
Arrow’s pilot will be directed by David Nutter and written by Andrew Kreisberg, Greg Berlanti, and Marc Guggenheim.

Taylor Swift Is OUT Of Les Mis! Samantha Barks Cast As Eponine!

Whoa! What happened here?!
Although Taylor Swift had been widely reported as the lucky lady to be cast as Eponine in the upcoming Tom Hooper-directed adaptation of the musical Les Misérables, it appears now that theater actress Samantha Barks, who played the role during the 25th Anniversary Concert, has won the role!
During the curtain call of Manchester’s Palace Theatre performance of Oliver! last night, in which Barks is currently playing Nancy, producer Cameron Mackintosh appeared on stage to make the announcement for the first time to the cast and audience alike that the young actress had won the part – and according to audience members present, “the look on her face was priceless.”

You can’t deny she’s a pretty solid fit!
But we can’t help but wonder what went down behind-the-scenes that got Swift the boot? That was the role of a lifetime for her!
