Ringer Is Back!! Siobhan’s Turn!!

Ahh!! We’re so excited to see Siobhan’s side of things!!!
As Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Ringer makes it’s midseason premiere Tuesday night on The CW, audiences will see a whole new part of the dark and twisty Manhattan world!!
One of the show’s creators, Eric Charmelo, dishes:
The conceit of having Siobhan in Paris was perfect for the first chapter, but we wanted to amp things up and it’s just more fun playing with the twin-ing of it all by having the two sisters in the same city simultaneously and kind of interacting and interweaving, at least from one side unaware.
Everybody has secrets and lies and what you see at face value is hardly the person who they are at their core and Andrew has a deep dark past, just like most of characters.
And even writer Nicole Snyder chimes in:
The focus shifts on Siobhan and her revenge plot. And also, Bridget trying to unearth the mystery of who is trying to kill her sister, why and how she can stop it so she can continue to live as Siobhan.
You think it’s going one way, but then it becomes what unexpected. What you think is going to happen — it’ll shift and once you think you’ve figured out the plot, it’s going to shift again.
AHHH!!! When will we figure this thing out!?!
It’s been so fun following this storyline so far, we can’t wait to see what happens next!!

Taking a good amount of the country’s frustrations with pop culture, religion, and politics, Frank decides he’s just going to off anyone who engages in the “downward spiral of America.”
We should note: this movie is NOT a how-to film. It’s purely metaphorical, and we really hope nobody takes it literally.. or tries to imitate.
The movie synopsis reads as:
Loveless, jobless, possibly terminally ill, Frank has had enough of the downward spiral of America. With nothing left to lose, Frank takes his gun and offs the stupidest, cruelest, and most repellent members of society. He finds an unusual accomplice: 16-year-old Roxy, who shares his sense of rage and disenfranchisement.

The Voice Is Bringing In The Money This Season! Starbucks And Kia Motors Sign On As Sponsors!

This is HUGE!
We’ve just learned that while Sprint will be returning as an official sponsor for The Voice during season two, the show has also landed the following new sponsors: Kia Motors AND Starbucks Coffee!!!!!!
Aside from giving the show lots of $$$, we’re hearing that the contestants, mentors, and coaches will all be given mobile phones and tablets from Sprint! The company will also sponsor The Voice’s presence on NBC.com, Facebook, and mobile platforms.
As for Kia, the company’s 2012 Sorento CUV will be used during Battle Rounds, and the contestants will be seen driving Sorentos. Oh, and season one’s Dia Frampton will be featured driving a Sorento in series of webisodes.
Starbucks will be supporting online content for The Voice, which will “feature the contestants focusing on ways to serve local communities.” And the coffee company will (of course) be the beverage of choice for coaches and contestants.
Here’s what NBC’s executive VP of sales & marketing Jim Hoffman had to say about these new sponsors:
“We are thrilled that Kia Motors and Starbucks will be joining Sprint as our partners for the second season of The Voice. Each of these brands has the unique opportunity to be a part of one of this season’s most anticipated programs and their involvement also helps add new consumer experiences to the show.”

The Queen Loves Kate! Gives Her The Seal Of Approval!

Queen Elizabeth II loves her grandaugter in law and has given Kate Middleton her seal of approval!
A courtier explained that the Queen Mum was giddy at Prince William and Kate’s Royal Wedding.
The courtier said the following:
She was practically skipping. Seeing her family full of joy but also seeing the public support and excitement touched her greatly.
She was very supportive of William and Kate leading up to the wedding and nothing could have reaffirmed more that they have the potential to achieve great things for the monarchy. The whole of Britain seemed to have turned up to wish them well.
Kate’s willingness to learn the royal customs seems to help matters too!
A source says Queen Elizabeth has grown very fond of her due to the Duchess’s humility.
The queen even invited Kate’s parents to Ascot last year!

Mel Gibson Takes A Risk With His New Movie At Sundance

A very risky risk. One that’s either going to pay off or cement his sinking career out cold.
At the Mel Gibson made a surprising deal via his company Icon Productions with 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. The pair agreed to release Mel’s “south-of-the-border gritty action film” Get The Gringo domestically via direct-to-consumer methods. In other words, the flick will bypass theaters completely.
Instead, starting on May 1st, the film will be made available for watching on DirecTV, which will charge $10.99 per home viewing. A wider release on Blu-ray, VOD, and digital download will follow later in the year. Now, this may lead you to believe that this movie just isn’t all that good, like so many straight-to-video films have been in the past. But the release on DirecTV makes us wonder otherwise. Perhaps this is the start of getting movies to premiere in people’s homes rather than in an expensive theater. You can pay the same price as a movie ticket, but get to stay in the comfort of your own home. No fighting for seats together, no smelling of popcorn and always in your pajamas.
So perhaps Mel is ahead of the game — or he’s about to lose everything.

It seems like 30 seconds ago these two were announcing their split, but lo and behold, there’s Brody Jenner!
The pair were spotted enjoying dinner last night at a little haunt in El Lay and sources say while this might not be a full-fledged reunion yet, things could get serious again between the two after Avril returns from her tour in Japan.
Got it. She leaves him to his own devices for a few weeks while she is on the road and they get right back to where they left off when she returns. Makes perfect sense … to no one!
