Some good news for Whitney, that’s for sure!
Prince actually had no idea that someone in his crew decided to ban Whitney Houston for erratic behavior in his audience, and thus has made the universe right again by saying:
“she’s always welcome 4 all of eternity.”
And Prince’s manager has issued a statement that the singer can come back anytime she wants!
Hmm, we wonder who did the banning??
We also wonder if they’ll end up getting banned! Sweet justice!

Miley Cyrus Gets Religious In Brazil

Earlier this week, Miley Cyrus was spotted in Argentina as part of her South American tour.
And just yesterday, the 18-year-old singer was seen in Brazil.
Cyrus, her mom Tish, and their entourage are making the most of their time in Rio de Janiero by sightseeing when they can.
Just last night, the group headed over to visit the Cristo Redentor statue, also known as Christ, The Redeemer, at the top of Corcovado mountain.

High School Students Protest ‘Don’t Say Gay’ Bill

A few weeks ago, a Tennessee state senate committee approved a vote on a bill that makes it it ILLEGAL to discuss any sexual behavior other than heterosexuality prior to the ninth grade in school classrooms.
Obviously, we were disappointed for a number of reasons in this proposed legislation, but are happy to report that roughly 150 high school students assembled outside the state capitol on Wednesday morning to protest the proposed “Don’t Say Gay” bill.
Their protest comes after a petition from 1000 local high school students AGAINST the bill was presented to state leaders.
Students say they fear this legislation may contribute to bullying in elementary schools and we couldn’t agree more!
Many people and teachers who disagree with this bill say that the senate is trying to fix a problem that doesn’t even exist because there is nothing about homosexuality in the cirriculum to begin with!
All this bill is doing is eliminating a possible support system for gay teens who have no support from their family at home and the teens protesting are aware of that.
Thank you for standing up for those who are too young to stand up for themselves! We’re SO proud of you!
The vote on the bill has been pushed back for weeks, but is scheduled for today. PLEASE do not pass this ignorant and unnecessary law, Tennessee!

She’s so lucky to have such a good friend!
As Cheryl Cole makes her big transition from the UK to the United States, her frequent collaborator will.i.am is reportedly so excited to help her become a superstar over here that he not only threw her a welcome party to network with his contacts, but he’s joined her management team!
A source explains:
“Will was keen to settle Cheryl in LA and put her in touch with some important people. He’s filled her diary over the next few weeks so she has plenty to do. He hopes to improve her profile and ensure she doesn’t get homesick.”
So thoughtful!
We imagine that being out here almost full-time must be a pretty big shock to her system, so we can’t commend him enough for being so conscientious of that while she gets settled!

Right now, you might be nibbling on a piece of a Hershey bar or fantasizing about that last bit of Easter candy hidden in your fridge, but what if we told you that a NEW kind of chocolate has just been discovered that’ll make your half-eaten hollow bunny taste like garbage in comparison?
A group of Americans living in Peru ventured to Ecuador not too long ago and were fortunate to discover a rare cacao bean, the key ingredient in making chocolate, that was thought to be lost forever. The beans are the size of footballs and are said to be “the most genetically pure expression of cacao ever found.” Basically, that means that these white cacao beans have a far less bitter taste to them than the traditional purple cacao bean used to make chocolate now. Experts say that the finding of these rare beans will lead to creating the most intensely-flavored chocolate of all time – and probably the most expensive.
This…this makes our mouths water. What does the world’s most intense chocolate taste like we wonder? Bliss? Heaven? Ecstasy?

Chaz Bono Offers To Talk To Angie And Brad About Shiloh If Her Tomboy Style Ever Ends Up Being More!

We think it’s a way too early to even draw these kinds of conclusions about such a little girl, but there’s also no harm in being educated on these things at an early age!
Shiloh Jolie-Pitt‘s cute tomboy style sparked ridiculous controversy that her parents, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, were promoting confusion about the young girl’s gender, and although Chaz Bono – who recently underwent female-to-male gender reassignment surgery and volunteers for a support group for kids with gender identity issues and their families – doesn’t think that anything about the famous celebrity child points to anything that extreme, he admits he’d be happy to talk to their family!
He explains:
“I would love to talk to [Brad and Angelina] at some point. To at least let them know we have this resource for them if they ever need it. I relate to these kids [with gender confusion]. The difference between them and myself is that I didn’t articulate it and fight for it and say, ‘No, no, no! I’m a boy!’ I have so much respect for these kids that do. People get too freaked out about kids and what to do with kids. If you just let kids do what they need to do they usually have the right idea. For me, part of the way that I got through my fears is by reading books and seeing documentaries of people who transitioned before me. So I look at myself as one of those people who are just out in the community and the difference is that I just have a little bit of a larger reach.”

We think it’s wonderful that he’s used his notoriety to provide the public with such a needed insight into this issue!
We imagine there are a lot of terrified, confused young people out there who will hopefully feel a little more understood and not so alone when they hear your story!

Do You Want To Walk Around The Outside Of The CN Tower?

Thrill-seekers and anti-acrophobiaists alike! We’ve got something we think you’re going to enjoy!
In August, the CN Tower will be debuting a brand-new, one of a kind experience near the very top of the tower. On Monday, tower officials announced that they will be launching EdgeWalk, “the most extreme experience” in the tower’s 35-year history, in which guests will have the chance to walk full circle on the OUTSIDE of the building.
That’s right – 116-stories-up, nothing saving you from a plummeting death but a body harness and a (hopefully) sturdy cable attached to an overhead rail. SCARY!!!
Obviously, this kind of thing isn’t for the faint of heart, but before you adrenaline junkies start booking flights out here, allow us to share with you a bit more info. The walk will last 20 to 30 minutes, with crazies adventure lovers walking in groups of six to eight around the outside of the CN Tower with nothing to hold onto and a only a 5 foot ledge to stand upon. As one employee of the Tower insists, it gets rather “windy” up there, so there is a good chance folks will get blown around a bit.
Still sound like your type of thing? YOU’RE BRAVER THAN US!!!
Thoughts on the new EdgeWalk experience? Sounds like a once in a lifetime thing, but still – it’s something we can totally pass on!!!
