On Wednesday, Kourtney Kardashian and baby daddy Scott Disick arrived in Miami with their son Mason. The family will be taking to the beaches to ring in the New Year right.

You’d think that after this whole Camille divorce drama, he’d have learned this time around!
Sources close to Kelsey Grammer have revealed that the Frasier actor has no intention of asking his new fiance, Kayte Walsh, to sign a pre-nuptiual agreement!
The insider explains:
“Kelsey is deeply in love with Kayte and can’t imagine spending the rest of his life with any other woman in the world. He knows she’s the one and wouldn’t insult her by asking her to sign a pre-nup even though his third divorce is going to cost him about $50 million. Kelsey doesn’t care about the money. He never has. This is about being happy. Finding someone who is your best friend. He doesn’t want to wait any longer.”
Well, let’s just hope that round four fares off better than his earlier wives, whom we’re sure he was just “deeply in love with.”

Jon Gosselin Asked Judge To Stop Kate From Taking Kids To Australia

It seems that Jon Gosselin isn’t so pleased that his whole brood is down under with their mom.
Sources are reporting that earlier this month, Jon stood in front of a judge and pleaded with him not to allow his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, to take their eight children to Australia for New Years. He insisted that he was slated to have the children for the holiday and wanted the arrangement to stay as such.
However, the judge ruled in Kate’s favor, giving her the legal go-ahead for the trip, as he deemed it “work-related.” (Turns out this was also the same judge that allowed Kate to film continue filming with TLC, despite objections by Jon).
Hope it worked out for the best.

Tragic! California Storm Takes A Life

This is just absolutely heartwrenching.
The Pacific storms that have plagued southern California throughout the month of December have sadly taken a life. The storm knocked down a tree, which fell on a 70-year-old woman named Gayle Falgoust, who was staying at the Safari West wildlife preserve with her granddaughter in Santa Rosa.

Our heart truly goes out to her family and loved ones, as well as anyone else who has been affected by this torrential weather.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are down in Cabo San Lucas this week, celebrating the New Year and their engagement with a little fun in the sun.

John Leguizamo Returns To The Stage

Back in 2008, John Leguizamo starred in David Mamet’s American Buffalo, which was unfortunately a box office bomb of epic proportions.
We suppose Broadway is forgiving, because they’ll be allowing him back with his play Ghetto Klown, which is being directed by that dude from Short Circuit Fisher Stevens.
The show will run for 12 weeks. Previews begin on February 21st at NYC’s Lyceum Theater.

Spider-Man Andrew Garfield Gets Blessing From Tobey Maguire

Broadway’s Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark may be ridden with drama, but things seem to be running more smoothly for the new Spider-Man film.
Former Spider-Man Tobey Maguire has gone out of his way to show support for his replacement, The Social Network’s Andrew Garfield.
Here’s what Garfield had to say about Maguire’s nice gesture:
“[Maguire] sent me a lovely message through a mutual friend. He gave me his support and it meant a great deal of course because part of the reason I love and have continued to love this character was because of his portrayal. To step into those shoes is no mean feat.
It was generous of him to reach out and say something, so I’m thankful.”
We’re glad to hear this. Now we just need the Broadway folks to get their act together!

Michael Lohan Wants To Make Peace With Dina…For Lindsay

Earlier today, we agreed with Michael Lohan when he said that Lindsay needs to surround herself with people who are positive influences, such as her potential sober coach Iris Martin.
Now, Michael is saying that he needs to make peace with his ex-wife Dina to ensure that Lindsay doesn’t relapse, and we def agree with him! That would certainly be a positive thing for Lindsay.
Here’s what Michael had to say about his peacemaking efforts:
“I am getting in touch with Lindsay’s team, including Tom Hansen, Blair Berk, Lou Taylor and Shawn Chapman Holley, in the hope of trying, again, to have them to persuade Dina to sit down so we both can iron out our differences.
Quite frankly, everyone knows this, including all the counselors and therapists: Dina and I need to get along and put our differences aside if Lindsay is going to have any chance at a full recovery without relapse.”
And more from Michael because there’s always more:
“Everyone has been asking Dina to sort out her issues with me, but the general consensus is that she simply can’t admit or take responsibility and she is afraid to do so. But that isn’t even part of it, she doesn’t have to admit anything. All she has to do is keep Lindsay and the kids out of our differences and try to get along for their sake.”
“She can make all the claims she like about child support – the truth of which is that every cent owed has been paid and even more — but there is a much deeper and important issue here: Lindsay’s health is first and foremost.”
“Our kids are first and we should be second.”
We’re not sure if publicly bringing up subjects like “child support” and “Dina being unable to take responsibility” is going to help your cause, Michael, but we absolutely agree that your kids should be first.
Work things out with Dina, but seriously…do it privately!
