Our second full day in Egypt we spent in Aswan.
We visited the Philae Temple, dedicated to the god Isis.
Located on an island, we traveled to the temple by motorboat. Perez, as usual, made a new local friend and spent a good amount of time chatting with some visiting South African tourists.

Being in Egypt really puts life – and our time here – into perspective!
We send you lots of love from the Nile River, where we are currently floating down, and are thankful for wireless internet worldwide! Ha

Oh No! Kelly O’s Been Hacked!

The nerve of some people! Is there no decency left in the world?!
This morning, Kelly Osbourne took to her Twitter to share some disturbing news. She revealed that emails and personal information had been hacked into by an unknown, but not very smart, third party. Kelly tweeted the deets on her page, explaining:
Someone has hacked my mail account the police are now involved who ever did this is in big HUGE trouble!!
The ass that hacked my account had all my emails forwarded to his email address so I now know who it is I will find u & u will be arrested
Genuinely heart broken that someone hacked and read all my personal info! is nothing sacred? Literally devastated!
Aw! Poor thing! We’re sure that this is a difficult situation to have to deal with, especially around the holidays. Everyone has the right to feel safe and that their privacy is there own.
Shame on the hackers! Hope this gets settled soon, bb.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt Opens Up About His Brother

Wow. Powerful stuff.
Six weeks ago, Joseph Gordon-Levitt was dealt a terrible blow when his brother, Dan, shockingly passed away. In the most difficult time in his life, we imagined he would take a breather from work and spend some time with his family,
But last night, Joseph showed how strong he really is by attending a HitRECord.org event at UCLA. Though the night was about his website, Joseph took a minute to talk about his bro and how he would have wanted Joe to continue helping the program.
Really sad, but also kind of sweet to hear him remember his brother so fondly.

Looks like pirates have set their sights on Pandora!
James Cameron’s Avatar has been named 2010′s most popular illegal download, with over 16 million BitTorrent downloads alone!
Avatar has received 51 percent more BitTorrent downloads than last year’s #1 illegal download, Star Trek.
Other films on the unfortunate Top 10 List include Kick-Ass, Inception, Shutter Island, Iron Man 2, Clash of the Titans, Green Zone, Sherlock Holmes, The Hurt Locker, and Salt.
Don’t worry too much, James! We’re sure plenty of folks will still pick up Avatar on Blu-Ray & DVD to stuff those stockings!

Sources are reporting that the official drink of the US version of The X Factor will be Pepsi-Cola!
No word yet how much money PepsiCo eventually ponied up to Simon Cowell and the execs for the deal, but we imagine it had to be a pretty penny to beat out Coke! They know what a sweet gig it is and they wouldn’t have given up so easily.
Another big step forward for the show! We’re getting closer and closer to it now!
So exciting.

Adventures In Egypt: Part 3

We are so exhausted but extremely grateful to be able to be in Egypt and have had such an adventurous first day of sightseeing in Luxor!
Our last stop of the day was the Temple Of Horus in Edfu, one of the most well-preserved temples in all of Egypt.
So much to absorb!
Thankfully, we have just settled in to a very lovely ship where we are set to embark on a river cruise of the Nile.
