Simon Cowell…The Knight?

Where do you go from here, Simon? Another reality competition series? Sainthood?
According to reports, Simon Cowell will be knighted in 2011.
The official list of “knights-to-be” comes out on Dec 31, and it looks like Simon’s fundraising efforts for Haiti helped get politicians to back him.
Here’s what Simon had to say about potential knighthood last year:
“Sir Simon’ has a nice ring to it.”
Congratulations, Simon! All you need to do now is get some other knights and a round judges’ table for your next show and you’ll be all set!

Disney Asks Brit Brit And Justin Timberlake To Mentor Their Child Stars!

We think this is a pretty great idea! Nobody knows what it’s like better than they do!
Disney execs are apparently looking to prevent their younger stars from having meltdowns in the wake of the Demi Lovato ‘incident,’ and have reportedly asked former child stars – and exes – Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake to come in and speak with the up-and-comers!
A source reveals:
‘Justin and Britney have been asked if they would like to come in and speak to their younger counterparts about the tribulations of being famous so young. The Disney bosses think that if they have people to look up to they might stay on the straight and narrow.’
Ooh! We know that this has nothing to do with this, but we can’t help but wonder if they’ll finally cross paths again!
Either way, those kids could definitely use some advice from those two! Brit Brit has come so far, and we think that she especially could give some really solid guidance to these young kids on how to keep themselves grounded.
It’s just a shame that Disney wasn’t doing this from day one.

Drug Pushing Smallville Actor Released On Bail

Hopefully he can behave himself while he’s a free man very temporarily.
As we reported last week, Smallville actor Sam Jones plead guilty to involvement in a Hollywood drug conspiracy.
He’s been released on bail, for which he posted $100,000 in property and $20,000 in cash.
Last we heard, his sentencing wasn’t scheduled to take place until June, so he’s got some time to prepare for his case and to see if he can get Superman to save him.
Do U think he’ll be put away for a long time? Or do U think they’ll go easy on him?

Teen Mom’s Baby Daddy Blows $24K Shopping & pAArtying!

Wow. What a lesson this guy is teaching America’s youth!
Sources are reporting that Gary Shirley, infamously known as the baby daddy who was beaten up by Teen Mom star Amber Portwood on the show, has made a huge dent in his bank account in the past couple of weeks doing some major Christmas shopping. Too bad none of the gifts that he bought were for his two-year-old daughter!
Actually, Gary is such a stand-up guy, he’s spent over $24,000 in the past few weeks on all kinds of shiz for himself! Included in that hefty bill was a down payment on a new car (which can’t drive with his suspended license), a new HDTV, an iPad, a MAC computer, a Playstation 3 and to top it all offer, a VIP weekend trip away to Vegas. Think of all the fun his baby must have had on that trip!
But here’s really the worse part, we think. That little girl really doesn’t need much now, but sooner than he realizes, his baby is going to need money for school and more food and clothes and what have you. Sources say that Gary hasn’t saved a “dime” of the money he’s been getting, leaving his baby’s financial future in a rather bleak state.
This poor kid couldn’t manage to get at least one decent parent to look after her?! Such a shame!

Here’s your chance! Ashton’s alleged mistress Brittney Jones has put up a sweater on eBay, which she claims was given to her by the actor.
Here’s the message she wrote about it on eBay:
“This sweater was given to me after spending the night with Ashton. I no longer have any attachment to this sweater and I am hoping someone else will enjoy it.”
Currently, there have been 4 bidders, and it’s going for $700!
