Wowsa! This has really gotten out of hand.
Mel Gibson will appear in court tomorrow to address Oksana Grigorieva‘s claims that he is not fit for overnight visits with baby Lucia.
At the hearing, Oksana will express her concerns that the nanny is Lucia’s primary caretaker when she stays overnight with Mel. He is now seeing the baby three days a week with one overnight.
Sources say that Team Oksana will try to change the arrangement.

It’s Awkward Between Reese & Ryan

Sounds like this was a delightfully uncomfortable time for Reese Witherspoon and ex-boyfriend Ryan Phillippe.
According to Life and Style, Reese and Ryan had a run-in at Kate Hudson’s Halloween party on October 30, and it wasn’t pretty.
To make things even more awkward, Reese was with her new boyfriend, Jim Toth, and the two reportedly “seemed so in love,” while Ryan “was kind of just roaming around.”
Sorry to hear the two of you especially Ryan had to go through this, bbs. It sounds kind of awful!
Maybe next year’s Halloween party will be better…and if not, maybe you can both wear costumes that make you difficult to identify. Just a thought!

Last week, Hayden Christensen was spotted leaving former fiancee Rachel Bilson‘s house in Los Feliz, which could only mean one of two things: they had either reconciled, or were having furious ex-sex!
Well, sources are confirming that it was the FORMER!
An insider reveals:
“They’re dating again.”
Glad to see they’re taking it a little slow and not jumping right into the engagement again!

Michael Jackson Recorded Portions Of New Album Over The Phone?!

Wow! This could explain why his kids and mom didn’t think that it was him!
Source close to the production of Michael Jackson‘s posthumous album, Michael, claim that the singer was apparently so concerned about his new material being leaked before it was released that he sang a portion of the songs over VOICEMAIL directly to his producers!
The insider explains:
“A large chunk of the album came from voice mails. Michael was certain new stuff would get out so he decided to sing lyrics down the phone. After Michael’s death last year there were question marks over whether the messages would be able to be used. Record bosses were worried whether it would come off at all. Luckily it did, but it hasn’t been an easy process.”
WTF?
Well no wonder there’s so much confusion over authenticity!
We’re surprised that they were able to salvage as much as they did!
Unbelievable. Couldn’t there have been an easier way to record the vocals privately?
Just another reason they should have never tried to release any new material to begin with!

Coldplay Performing Xmas Shows For Charity

This is really very nice of them. Way to get into the spirit of the season and what have you.
Coldplay has announced that they will be performing two Christmas shows in Liverpool and Newcastle to benefit Crisis, a charity in the UK that helps the homeless.
The shows, dubbed Hidden Gigs, will be on the 19th and 20th of December, (in Liverpool and Newcastle respectfully) and tickets go on sale this Friday. All proceeds will go to the Crisis organization and 200 tickets, plus meet and greet tickets, will go up for auction after the general sale.

Well deserved!
The Hollywood Foreign Press has announcd their first Golden Globes recipient of 2011: Robert DeNiro.
Bobby D wil be presented with the Cecil B DeMille award this year for all of his “outstanding contributions to the entertainment field.”
Outstanding. Maybe last year’s winner, and good friend of DeNiro’s, Martin Scorsese, should present it to him!

Christina Milian And The Dream Reach Terms For Divorce Settlement!

Wow! The end is near!
Christina Milian‘s divorce from The Dream may be official relatively soon, because they’ve FINALLY reached the terms of their settlement, and lawyers are expected to submit the paperwork to a Fulton County, Georgia judge “in the very near future.”
No word on the terms of the settlement, though!
Too bad – given their messy relationship, we’re sure that thing is SERIOUSLY detailed!
Hopefully this will help them both move on with their lives!
